Carefully read section 11.2 page 434. Have a good understanding of the Broken Bamboo puzzle. Understand the proof of the Pythagorean Theorem given on page 435.

ReplyDeleteI checked the site to see the homework this afternoon and noticed that lesson 1 of chapter 11, as well as the chapter review of chapter 10 had been skipped. The made the next lesson somewhat difficult to grasp.
Yeah,I was wondering why we skipped those. I was also wondering when the chapter ten test will be.
ReplyDeleteSorry about that! We want to go over 11.1 with you personally, and will do that next week. We'd hoped 11.2 would be something you'd be more comfortable doing on your own. Bring any questions about section 11.2 to class on Tuesday, and we'll be able to clear them up then.
